We're over the moon that two of our chocolate bars have won Great Taste Awards in the 2023 awards from the Guild of Fine Food. We've always thought they're a little bit special, but receiving these awards is testament to the thinking and passion that has gone into creating these delicious bars, made with only the finest ingredients.
The judges said that our dark chocolate bar has " a contrast of flavours (which) is spot on with a balanced sweetness and deep herbal sharpness working together to deliver a rounded and beautifully balanced flavour".
Our dark chocolate crisp bar won two stars and the judges said they were scrabbling to taste it "On the palate, the mint just keeps on giving, complementing the rich fruity notes of the chocolate. These are very good quality ingredients that have been handled with care. It is clean, smooth and lingers beautifully on the palate." Another judge described it as a "grown up chocolate".
Our dark chocolate peppermint crisps have also won another award to add to their 2013 and 2020 awards.
